I think it is in how the program is written but it is showing what should be hidden, when the day rolls over it is showing the before and after counts that just updated. Actually it is kind of nifty to me because it shows me how many hits each review got for that day!

It may be a mistake but it is a helpful one I think.......yeah I know The Redneck is weird...lol

Assume it isnt totally fixed until you get an email from one of us.... we will work on it asap.

Or double trouble (-: Or maybe both.

I haven't looked enough to see a pattern. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking I see double earlier in the day and fine at night. Good thing it's not the other way around or it would sound like I was tossing back some Bud.

Hi, Jolie!

The stats are so great. Today I waited a while to go in and check them and they had updated already. Apparently the doubling thing just goes on for a while until everything is done. It really is neat how everything is updated every day.

Hope you had a nice Mother's Day!

Annie

Mine look fine again. Maybe Anna is right. Maybe it's just during an update period and then settles back in with the correct numbers. That's way beyond me and my tech knowledge (or lack of). I know Kevin will fix it. Yay Kevin!

stats hiccup?

Hi, Everyone!

I have noticed the doubling up also, always in the early part of the day around the same time. And in some instances, the numbers are different between an item and its duplicate. I'm guessing that this is set to automatically update each day around the same time, that this process may take a while and that while that is going on, in effect each item is being repeated to reflect whatever change has taken place. Like when you update something on a disk -- first it doubles the whole document and saves the new version with the changes. I may be wrong but that's what I'm guessing (or hoping!)

Meanwhile, a Happy Mother's Day to all of you who are mothers or who have been like a mother to somebody.

Best Regards, Annie

I see something even stranger; I have no stats whatsoever for my latest review. I see most of my reviews and their rankings, but it's almost as though yesterday's long review isn't even registering.

Mine are doing that too. State Farm is now my number 1 and my number 2 but slightly different numbers. Just looking at the front page of the stats as I'm headed out the door to graduation, I see several that are dups.

Just looked at my stats. I have 12 reviews that are listed TWICE in my top 25. What is funny to me is that the duplicate listings show a different number of views. For example, Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap is my #1 with 231 views and my #2 with 219 views. The iPhone comes in at 5 and 6 with 107 and 100 hits respectively.

Strange.
