I'm on Sparkpoeple, but I don't use it much. It's aggrevating how many e-mails they send you. Some of the tips are good, but it's much better for me to log my fitness efforts in my own journal at home, but now that I know there's a viewpoints team, perhaps I'll check it out again! Thanks, Jo!
