I AM OUTRAGED! Like everybody else, I want to know the name of the company selling these panties. I will be complaining AND/OR signing the petition most definitely. I don't have a daughter! If I did, I would NEVER EVER purchase this type of panty for her. I can't believe these are flying off the shelves, what parent in their right mind would buy thong panties for their toddler daughter. This is just plain sick.
