A few years ago, my wife's cousin gave us a gift certificate for a place called Tim Hortons. I had never heard of one before and there are none for hundreds of miles from where I live. She thought they were everywhere...not! I'm now on vacation and traveling through the upper Midwest, so maybe we'll see a Tim Hortons.
