I gist...but have you ever been to a certain store and a certain employee has stunk up your experience?

Of course, I'd never physically smack them...I just go straight to the regional manager.

A friend of mine was babysitting once and just before the parents left for the evening, and they told her to keep the doors locked. No big deal right? THen they proceeded to tell her how a neighbors house was broken into recently while they were home - some nut tried to break down their front door with a crowbar, and how other houses had been robbed recently. They quickly departed and told her to 'stay safe', and she ended up being scared to death the whole evening. She wanted to smack them good.

Wow, that's not something I would tell the sitter!! Who would do that? She wouldn't babysit ever again!!

I'd like to smack the faces of these teenagers tonight who think they can just walk up to any house to trick-or-treat while they are not in costume and in some cases smoking cigarettes.  If you ask them about their costumes, they cuss at you.

I use to be a server at a restaurant for 8 yrs. Really enjoyed it there. My voice is soft and sweet and it surprises people sometimes. Some people really like it and some people are idots about it and laugh while I take their order. It hurts cause you know what they are doing and you don't want to wait on them. Thats a problem that I have that will never go away.

NattScatt, Haha. That's really funny. Teenagers these days; right!

GolfGirl, those are just horrible people. I can't believe half of the things that people do, sorry to hear about it.

Yeah, I'm not too much the type to work in a restuarant but I can understand. I am a receptionist and I get weirdos coming in the door that I just want to say something like, "Geez, seriously, you're an idiot" but, I can't.

I love the friendly people, I hear funny stories all the time about traveling and things to that nature, it does make my day go by so much faster when I'm smiling.

New RASTF--- The dispatcher at my local cab stand.  I've been dealing with the same people at this cab company for years.  There is this one driver that I've had problems with and had to almost involve the police.  The dispatchers will not send this man to pick me up after numerous requests against him.  They have a new dispatcher now and wouldn't you know that my first call to her, I was sent the driver I dislike.  I tried again a few days later and guess what, not only do I get the new dispatcher, ask her politely not to send my cab driving nemesis, but who is it that pulls up outside my job?  You guessed it: the driver I specifically asked her not to send.  I would love to give several random smacks to 1, the driver, 2, the dispatcher for sending him and 3, the company owner for hiring both the driver and the dispatcher.  I just may have to start looking for a new cab company.

Boy,I feel for you. That sucks about that. This might be a crazy idea but did you think maybe the new dispatcher and the driver you don't like are "friends" And thats why you keep seeing that person. Yeah if I were you I would get a different company. Save you some grief.

I was a waitress before at Lonestar Steakhouse and a carhop at Sonic for 4 summers, I've had my share of a-holes. That is why I am nice to the waitress. it's usually not her/his fault!!

Yeah,I've eaten there before they got good food there.(NorthEast Ohio)Yes,I agree with you oh so much about that its not always the waitress fault most of the time it is the kitchen but its us servers that get the "hit" from the customer.Or it could be the hostess  or the buser but it always finds us no matter what. When you are in the "weeds" it sucks. lol. I'm nice to them too. I know what they are going thru.
A couple of weeks ago we ate at "Olive Garden" our food was taking a while but didn't say anything.Thought it was a little wierd cause they weren't busy.Waitress didn't really say anything to us.Then we started to hear problems with other tables. We still didn't say anything thing. Our waitress was getting stressed and we got our food for free.Don't know what happen and didn't ask. We left her a good tip. We were happy. Always happy when you get free food.

I like my dentist but I went today for a cracked tooth and I had a mouth full of cotton, metal things, Novocain, etc. and he says to me, "So did you have a good summer?" Um, HELLO? I can barely swallow let alone discuss my summer when you're in my mouth drilling and suctioning and clamping my jaw open. I just uttered some guttural sound and he seemed happy. Then he said about 65 times, "Are you OK?" "Doing OK, Patty?" "Is everything OK?" YES!!! Wouldn't he KNOW if it wasn't? Would I sit there and say nothing until asked? I must have said "Uh huh" a billion times. Everything was OK but his conversation. THIS is why I usually bring my iPod with me. I didn't this time and I had an urge to smack the dentist. But now, I'm happy it's over so he gets a bye. This time. ;)

I'm NOT looking forward to this!
