Thank you so much for responding.  Oh I sooooooooo agree with you all the way around about RI and all your reasons are the same reasons we want out and badly.  My husband is a CFP and he read a statistic that RI was in the top 5 most expensive states to live in.  Where else but here do you pay $14,000 a year in taxes on your home never mind vehicles are another few thousand $'s.  They are raising our Drivers license fees from $30 to $150 this year.  I think we would be happy mid-west period.  The mid-west is also centrally located in the US for my husband to travel to see his clients in the US.  Like yourself anyone I know who moved from here is much happeier elsewhere.  Thanks again.
