I've been with MyPoints for nearly a year now, and it took about 2 months for my ViewPoints "points" to roll in, though I did email them after 5 weeks. They told me to wait a few more weeks, I did, and la-ti-da!
If you're worried though, email customer service. They generally get right back to you and often are helpful, though I've recently had a few who weren't as helpful.
