My family and I often go camping for the weekend and I seem to pack way too much "stuff" for just a couple of nights' stay. I recently bought several travel sized products to take on the short trips so I don't have to lug my full sized products with me. One product I bought was de-luxe Travel Size Bain Foaming Body Scrub, Verbena at drugstore.com. I had never heard of the brand but the two ounce bottle was only a dollar so I figured I couldn't go too wrong.

This scrub doubles as a cleanser so I only have to tote one little plastic bottle with me. There are two ounces of scrub in the bottle which is more than enough for three or four showers. The scrub is a brownish color and it has a nice citrus scent.

The first time I used de-luxe Travel Size Bain Foaming Body Scrub, Verbena, I had some trouble getting the thick scrub out of the little bottle opening. Once I did get a nice sized dollop out, it worked quite well. The scrub foams up quickly and the exfoliating particles, while not super scrubby, do their job. The scent in the shower isn't nearly as strong and nice as it is in the bottle but it is subtle and pleasant. The scrub washes off easily and leaves my skin feeling fine. It doesn't hydrate it but it also doesn't dry my skin out.

de-luxe Travel Size Bain Foaming Body Scrub, Verbena contains apricot seed, aloe vera, and vegetable glycerin with no harsh detergents or mineral oil. It is also cruelty free. I like this foaming scrub and am planning to buy the 17 ounce size because it's only just a little over $4.00 and I can easily fill my empty two ounce bottle with the scrub from the large bottle and save even more!

My Final Viewpoint

de-luxe Travel Size Bain Foaming Body Scrub, Verbena is an inexpensive, effective cleanser and scrub in one. It's great for travel and for stocking stuffers (Yes, I am thinking ahead!). The body lotion of the same scent is also a great buy. 4 stars.

If you like the Verbena scent as much as I do, you might want to check out my Yardley Verbena with Shea Butter soap review. (I just published it.) I seem to be obsessed with Verbena right now.

Good review! I use de-luxe hand wash and love the Verbena scent. Some of their scents are ewww but not this one.
