Coraline Review

I decided to preview the movie before my son watched it. He is 5. I am glad that I did. The graphics and stuff was good but overall the movie was not one I wanted my son watching. Thought at parts it was a little weird but alos the half naked dancing old women was a little disturbing, one of the ladies just has stars on her nipples for a top and a skimpy bottom. Just really wouldn't recommend this video to anyone. The basis of the movie would have been great I think but it was definitely brought to the table way differently than I personally think it should have been. The movie previews make it look like just another Tim Burton movie and while it still has that feel it just wasn't something that I thought was age appropriate although my sister who is 12 watched and liked it she even thought it was a little weird. I know it probably wouldn't have done great as a movie with real actors but the animated stuff just makes you think kids movie. I am glad I previewed it.
