5 FOR $5: WRITE 5 REVIEWS, GET A $5 BARNES & NOBLE.COM ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE
By participating in this promotion, you agree to these official rules:
1. Entry: You can participate in the "5 for $5: Stocking Stuffer" promotion in the following way: Submit 5 qualifying reviews to Viewpoints.com beginning November 6, 2009 (12:01 AM Central time) and receive a $5 Barnes & Noble.com Online Gift Certificate. The Promotion is valid until the first 10,000 reviews are received or until November 13, 2009 (11:59 PM Central time), whichever comes first. The maximum payout per user is one Barnes & Noble.com Online Gift Certificate valued at $5.
All reviews must be a minimum of 900 characters to qualify for the promotion. (900 characters is roughly 150-200 words. The character counter provided on the review form will show the count as you type your review.)
Your reviews must be submitted on a product in these (8) categories: Baby (includes subcategory: Maternity), Beauty, Clothing, Computers, Electronics, Health & Fitness, Home & Garden (includes subcategories: Home Appliances, Home Improvement, General Home, Small Kitchen Appliances, Large Kitchen Appliances, Garden & Outdoor and Tools) and Toys. Reviews in the Auto, Books & Magazines, Education, Finance, Food/Drink, Local, Music & Arts, Movies, Office, Pets, Travel, Miscellaneous and Websites categories are ineligible under this Promotion.
Each review must be original content and uniquely created for Viewpoints.com and cannot be copied from any other online source. Reviews must be of real products. Bogus, spam and false reviews do not qualify and will be removed.
You are ineligible for this promotion if you are currently participating in a Viewpoints incentive program with an affiliate partner.
Viewpoints.com agrees to validate all entries within 30 days of the promotion's conclusion. All Barnes & Noble.com Online Gift Certificates will be e-mailed to qualified recipients within 30 days after the program concludes.
Maximum payout is one $5 gift card per participant during the promotion period. Participants are solely responsible for paying any taxes or other expenses associated with the earnings of this promotion. Viewpoints.com will report earning values to taxing authorities if required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility To participate, you must be a registered member of Viewpoints.com, legally reside in the 50 United States and be over 18 years when entering. You are ineligible if you are an employee of or consultant to Viewpoints.com or its affiliates and suppliers (or if you are an immediate family member of, or live in the same household as, one of those individuals).
The "5 for $5 Stocking Stuffer promotion" is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Should any communication problems affect your participation in the promotion or opportunity to win or claim a prize, you accept that Viewpoints.com is not liable for such problems. Viewpoints.com may cancel or modify the "Write 5 reviews, get a $5 Barnes & Noble.com online gift certificate" promotion if Viewpoints.com, in its sole discretion, believes that the "Write 5 reviews, get a $5 Barnes & Noble.com online gift certificate" promotion integrity has been compromised.
5. General. This agreement is governed by Illinois laws as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois residents. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement with respect to this Promotion.
