Entry: You can participate in the “Write 5 reviews, get a $25 restaurant.com gift card” in the following way: Submit 5 reviews to Viewpoints.com beginning June 9, 2009 (12:01 AM Central time) and receive a $25 gift card to restaurant.com. The Promotion is valid until the first 10,000 reviews are received or until June 30, 2009 (11:59 PM Central time), whichever comes first. The maximum payout per user is one gift card valued at $25.

*Gift cards are sent to qualified recipients by email at least 30 days after program concludes.
All reviews must be a minimum of 900 characters to qualify for the promotion.

Your reviews must be submitted on a product in these (8) categories: Baby, Beauty, Computers, Electronics, Health, Home & Garden, Home Exerciser Equipment and Toys. Reviews in the Auto, Books & Magazines, Clothing, Education, Finance, Food/Drink, Local, Music & Arts, Movies, Office, Pets, Travel, Miscellaneous and Websites categories are ineligible for payment under this Promotion.

Viewpoints.com agrees to validate all entries within 45 days of posting. Each review must be original content and uniquely created for Viewpoints.com and cannot be copied from any other online source. All gift cards will be sent out within 45 days of submission.

Maximum payout is one $25 gift card per participant during the promotion period. Participants are solely responsible for paying any taxes or other expenses associated with the earnings of this promotion. Viewpoints.com will report earning values to taxing authorities if required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility To participate, you must legally reside in the 50 United States and be over 18 years when entering. 5. General. This agreement is governed by Illinois laws as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois residents. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement with respect to this Promotion.
