If you are looking for a cheap,easy way to unwind and be well then trying this meditation video may just be the trick! I was first introduced to this method of meditating back in 2000 when I was living in Albany, NY. My lodgings were meager and my job situation was lame. I felt angry,depressed and stressed. I was looking for a healthy outlet and meditatin proved to be it. Thru the Know Thyself as Soul Foundation, I studied this simple technique of repeating a mantra in sanskrit, an ancient sacred language and learning to block out outside stimulation and my own negative thoughts which I learned were influencing my behavior. In 20 minutes I fuond myself sinking into a state of bliss and relaxation . Any time I found my thought wandering away from the chant and back to my self made problems and silly fears adn worries, I would guide myself back to the 5 words and begin again to say them monotonely aloud. I found that two thoughts could not occupy the same space if I was speaking the words at that time! I felt my blood pressure drop and my pulse slow down too. I strongly recommend this simple technique to all who have some mental challenges and most importantly diagnoses. Today I no longer am on medicien for what I was told was bipolar and borderline personality disorder.
