I have to tell you... when i saw the preview for this show, I was not interested at all.
I was bored one day and started watching tv shows on the internet. You can actually watch full versions of certain shows. I had finished watching one of my favorite shows when I came across 'Chuck'. I decided to waste time and watch it!
I AM HOOKED! I never miss and if I do happen to miss, I just go to the website and watch. This show has a little bit of everything in it, comedy, action, romance and drama.
Well done!
A new and very good show Suspense with comedy all in one.
This is one of NBC good ones . The characters are great different . The good looking and athletic Spy's . Adam Baldwin from fire fly and serenity Is one of the CIA agents . With the common every day working people .
I love the concept . It gets me out of my everyday life but I can relate to the show and it's characters . Love the nerd herd and the buy more .
The shows are also offered on line At NBC.com . They still give you commercials but less than on TV, Either way this is a good Show worth the time to watch.
I gave one other new show a try this year and was disappointed. Then I remembered seeing a preview about a geek that has all the government secrets in his head. I decided to give it a shot and was hooked immediately. Each show is very well put together, with the right balance of comedy and action, hot girls, and lame geeks.
Brought to you by the very same folks that gor everyone hooked on the O.C. before it became lame.
I am really enjoying the new tv show Chuck on monday night. The story is about a hapless young man (slightly nerdish) and his adverntures in life once he inadvertantly becomes embroiled in the secret spy world.
Chuck as played by Zachary Levi is funny, sweet, smart and just a little nerdish. In fact, he is just like everyones favorite little brother.
The basic premise of the show is that Chuck has been sent government secrets by an old freneny named Bryce sublimally through an e-mail. Chuck flashes on CIA/FBI (etc.) information about terrorists and plots to overthrow various governements when...
review »I absolutely love this new TV show, starring Zachary Levi. I didn't recognize him at first with the "nerd" hairdo, but he is adorable on this show. He is an
"accidental" spy and he works at a computer store called "Buy More."
He is in love with the real female spy and she is also falling in love with him but she cannot allow herself to tell him, so there is that sexual tension between them. You find yourself rooting for him to get the girl, but you know that won't happen so it makes you sad for him.
The plots are clever, interesting, funny and very enjoyable. I used to be a big fan of...
review »I love this show. Chuck really does have it all, making it a great show for everyone. It is an hour long show filled with action, adventure, comedy, and romance. There is always an exciting twist or turn. The basic plot is that a nerdy guy accidentally becomes an human super computer for the government. He flashes on people and things then suddenly knows all of the information that the CIA and NSA have on record for them. He works with his handlers, Casey ad Sarah on missions. There are romantic sparks between him and Sarah, the beautiful blonde CIA spy. There are villians and chase scenes as...
review »Like everyone else, I love Chuck! It is funny, it is cute, and there is lots of action! The script is cleverly written and witty. It is not boring, but it is not so action pacted that the violence no longer becomes entertaining.
I am a girl, and I can say with certainty that this show is not just for guys. The cast is amazing - both how they act and their physical attributes. Also a plus, there are no gross or extremely bloody parts.
While I would not say that I would watch Chuck with small children, it is pretty clean.
I was very worried that Chuck would be cancelled at the end of this season...
review »Chuck is, without a doubt, one of the best shows on tv. It is intelligent and goofy, funny and slightly tense, attractive and - well, not so much.
The strength of all the characters is in their slight cartoonishness. Sara is the classic beautiful spy, with a penchant for the nerd.
Chuck is, on the face of it, a loser. But if you dig deeper, you find that he possesses incredible knowledge, he went to Stanford, and he is a deeply committed and loving friend and brother. BUT he is a total goofball.
Each episode my children and I are laughing, without fail. We can't wait for the next episode...
