it's like crack, you keep coming back
budget diner, frequent diner, appreciate nice things, not rich, into trying new things, budget conscious traveler

this is by far the best peruvian chicken place in DC/MD.  I go here all the time from a recommendation from an ex- (who I hate, but I love the chicken).  the herbs they use are out-of-this world and the yuca is the best.  the yuca's crispy, tasty, and works very well with both the mayo-based and green chili dippings.  the chicken is tender, juicy, and amazingly well seasoned.   I've tried  a number of other peruvian places in the area, and while I like them all, chicken on the run is the best.
