Love the free incoming because that is what alot of my calls are.  I would use my phone more if it wasnt for the free calling after 9.   Why pay more so my calls are free after 5 when I am on as fixed income?  The rate plans cost are fairly reasonable though compared to others.

Centennial has a variety of affordable plans.  They also have good signal coverage.  Their customer service, however, is absolutely horrible.  Going to one of their stores or calling customer service is generally an exercise in futility, as it is extremely difficult to find someone who is able and/or...

Our company currently has service through Centennial Wireless and I have to say it is not the top of the line provider. They charge for EVERYTHING but they do offer great options like the free incoming everything which is the main reason we switched over from Verizon Wireless. I live in the outskirts of Grand Rapids and it drops all of my calls at the same place every day on my way in and on my way home...DRIVES ME NUTS - this never happened with Verizon - my cell phone worked literally everywhere-for double the price:( The phones that they provide are pretty much bottom of the barrel and randomly...

We signed on with them in September 2007...I will admit to my naivete, because prior to Centennial I had only done prepays. Thinking there was some advantage to going contract I did so.  I have found no advantages so far.  I was mislead and/or lied to by the unethical salesman that helped us, I was greatly overcharged for my activation fee, then they tacked on late fees because I refused to keep paying the overcharge (I did send an explanation).   It wasn't until I finally went into the store that things were all cleared up, but it was after months of stress and my blood pressure going up every... review »

the worst cellphone    company ever they are no help when there junky phones break.  there rates are outragious.  they should be shutdown.  i have gone through 5 phones in less than a year and i am very careful with them so it's not me it's the damn phone and company.

I am so happy with this cell phone provider. they go over and above to help you with any questions or problems you have with your phone. they are all about helping you get the plan that best suits you. I give this company 10 stars out of 5.
