bolthouse green goddess is a healthy alternative to juice and veggie drinks. it is a strong taste if one is not use to it. the best way to use green goddess is a base for a fruit smoothie.
i make these in the morning after my workout and they are great. 1/2 cup of green goddess, some chopped up frozen banana, pineapple and a 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice and blend away. once it is blended together, add some ice and blend it again. this is really good. it diffuses the sweetness of the bolthouse and doesn't really add too many more calories. there are many other flavors from carrot to mango and even a blue version of green goddess, but this is still my favorite.
