I am a huge Bloomingdales fan. The website can be hard to navigate and does often run slow; however, if you sign up for the rewards program and emails they have great deals on name brand items all the time. They are one of the few places to sell Armani make up as well (Saks does too). They have their own brand of clothing which is usually nice and affordable. Bloomingdales offers free shipping if you spend over a certain price and free shipping and returns no matter how much you spend if you have a loyalist rewards account. Customer service really does stick to the mantra that the customer is a,ways right. They are a,says willing to help, don't need managers to do so, and sometimes will even offer 20% off when there isn't even a sale. Ease of Use The website can use an update. It does occasionsionally run slow and I know it's not my internet speed because it's the on,y website that I consistently have problems with. Also, if you click to look closer at an item and then go back a page it starts all over from the start of the page. The web designer could definitely improve the ease of use. Product Pricing Expensive because it is high end designers but has better prices than saks or other high end department stores. It might have comparable prices to nordstroms. Frequently has friends and family delas.

This is not a safe place to buy online. I imagine that their consumer base is the kind that make impulsive decisions and love to shop at malls. Think of this place as a mall store. If you have expectations, for example of ordering a product online and expecting it by Christmas.... You will be disappointed. If you don't believe me take any store (Amazon, Macy's, etc.) and Bloomingdale's and walk through buying something. You will soon notice that Bloomingdale's site reminds you of the websites that came out during the 1990's. In addition, they do not have Realtime Tracking, which means you will see everything that's sold by them, but you don't actually know if they have it in stock until Bloomingdale's decides to email you days later stating that your order was canceled (if it wasn't in-stock). If your buying a gift or its around Christmas time be advised, they charge for shipping, and you have a high probability that it will get cancelled right before it's suppose to arrive. Bloomingdales.com is the queen of designer labels. They have some of the newest styles by the best brands and that is exactly what you are going to pay for. The quality of the clothing is no different than other stores like J.C. Penny or Macy's. There prices however, far outweigh the actual quality of the items they sell. Even their so called clearance rack is highly expensive. I do however, love heir make up selection. They have pretty much all of the big names- along with the big prices but, their product selection range is still much larger than most of their competitors. Their handbags are also fun to browse. Every once in a while, I can find a really good deal there. My favorite thing about Bloomingdales.com is their shipping deal and process. If you are a loyalist, you will receive free shipping. Even if you are not a loyalist member, they still ship free for purchases over a certain amount and, their shipping times are very good, usually within 2 to 48 hours. They also keep me posted on my order status and estimated arrival. They could definetely use a reduction in their prices but, they do have a really good make up selection.

One of a few online stores i like to shop online. They always have the most up to fashion items. Whether cloths, china, jewelry, etc. they have the top of the line. I have always felt comfortable shopping in their stores and now I have become very comfortable with their online site. The customer service is always good and I never have had a problem with this site. Ease of Use VERY easy to use. No complaints on my end. Product Selection As I have said above the selection are up to date, excellent quality and fashion forward. Product Pricing Bloomingdale's has always been know for the higher than average pricing next to other sites, but you do get the quality you pay for. I never had to send back a product due to this. Customer Service Customer Service has, in my opinion, is wonderful. I always get my questions answered in a clear way. Shipping and Returns The shipping fees are fine. I have on one occasion had to return something due to size. It was very easy to do and not unlike any other return I have made to other online sites I have purchased from.

I like the black and white colors they use on the site. The design is simple and professional looking. This site has a large selection to choose from. It is easy to search for the things you want. They sell up-to-date clothing too. I like the sweaters and tops they sell. I buy a lot of miscellaneous things from this site. I bought a nail polish set, which I still use today. I also purchased lip-gloss, which comes in handy in cold weather. I use it like crazy in winter. They have a large selection of jewelry, accessories and beauty products. This site offers a great shopping experience from the comfort of your own home. The homepage of the website allows you to select what department you want to shop from: handbage, shoes, womens, kids, gifts, etc. Once you select that main category, you can break down the items you're searching for even further. This makes it really easy to get to the exact item you're shopping for without having to search thru the entire site. This site is nice because it's easy to navigate, even if you aren't familiar with shopping online. You can also read reviews from other people who purchased the product, so you can know exactly the likes and dislikes others had. There are detailed descriptions, so you always know exactly what you're purchasing. The check out process is easy, and every item I ever bought looked true to what it looked like in the pictures on the website.

When I am not able to visit their stores in person I like to take advantage of bloomingdales.com. Their website, much like their retail brick and mortar stores, is something to behold. It screams premium and upscale. Bloomingdales.com carries an incredible array of high end designer clothing and handbags. Not everything on bloomingdales.com is high priced though. One of my favorite recent purchases from bloomingdales.com was their Brown Bag Tote. I paid $35 for the medium zip top bag which came with free standard shipping, saving me $6. I had the option to pick the item up in store, but glad I chose to have the tote shipped to me as it was sent the next business day. I am absolutely in love with this bag. It is so cute. I give bloomingdales.com ten out of ten for customer service. I was exceptionally impressed by how fast I received the tote. Bloomingdales.com takes customer service seriously and tries hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Fast and free shipping goes along way to ensuring that. The variety on offer at bloomingdales.com is incomparable. It makes other department stores green with envy. If you are looking for high end fashion combined with convenience, great customer service, then bloomingdales.com is the website for you.

The reason why is because you can always get a 10% discount for signing up for their emails. This makes it a better deal than buying in person. They have a large amount of designer options that are available. I've made several orders online and have been slightly satisfied with my order. The only problem is that their packaging sucks. They ship it in a tapered plastic bag and not in a box. The problem with this is that it can get damaged and wrinkly during the shipping process. I would have much preferred if it was shipped in a box which can withhold the harsh realities of shipping. Aside from the minor wrinkle, I'm happy with my purchase. My order was confirmed quickly and a shipment notice was done within a period of a day. Everything that I wanted. Accurate producing listings, flawless ordering, and shipping promptly and arriving on time as directed. I would recommend it to others!
