The prices at BJ are fantastic. I love knowing that I am getting a bargain every time I shop and BJs has great coupons every month, which helps my budget even more. The website is a treasure because of course, it contains much more than the regular store can hold. And they also feature specials all the time. Also, they have all their other offers like vacation cruises on the website. I am still waiting for our girls to treat us to a cruise from BJs. My daughter didn't think she could afford it, but when she saw the price she said "sure!" But we are still waiting! Besides the travel, there is an auto-buying program, Verizon wireless is available. Also, being online has the extra benefit of allowing you to compare prices on other websites and to compare products with each other, pretty comprehensively. And the website offers online coupons for even more off. One problem which is a problem with most online stores is that you have to pay shipping, but there are a lot of free shipping offers as well. . Product Selection Generally speaking, BJs has a lot of the products I really like and a large selection. Product Pricing Very good prices at BJs for most things Customer Service I just had to guess at this as I have not used the customer service. From the very beginning, it was difficult for me to decide whether or not purchasing a membership to BJs.com. Mainly because I thought Sam's club and BJ''s are both quite similar. Luckily, after browsing the site, I received a free 60 day trial membership. Browsing the site was pretty easy. It is very neatly set up and there are a lot of smaller categories that help you to minimize the time it will take to locate what ever it is that you are looking for. The travel products are really extensive in overall selection. Some other areas though- like the gift baskets, baby gifts and cosmetics are grossly over priced. Their selection of every day products like grocery items, and other similar supplies are extremely limited or unavailable. At first glance, I had assumed that they were like Sam's club but I was wrong about that. Although they have some products that are similar to other bulk club memberships, they can't hold a candle to the greater majority of them if what you are interested in is grocery or household items. They don't have a good selection of products and their prices are not consistent with their competitors. I am glad I did not have to buy a membership to this club because it doesn't have enough to offer to make it worth paying the membership bill for my family. I am sure that they have something good for some one, It's just that that someone isn't me. On the positive side though, a lot of their gift baskets come with free shipping. Other than that, I wouldn't buy a membership here any time soon.

Bjs.com offers a large variety of items, I find so many items on the website to purchase. From bulk food items to non perishable items. The one problem I have found on this website while purchasing is the shipping. The shipping charges are very high, especially for the large houseware items. They do not offer a ship to home option meaning you either have to pay the high shipping or take the chance to look in the store. Ease of Use Very easy to find items that you need, large and small. Everything is categorized nicely. Product Selection I find that their non food items are a much better selection online than the food items. Product Pricing You can find some overpriced items online but you can also find some great blow out deals as long as you are willing to pay for the shipping. Customer Service Very knowledgeable of the products and policies. Very willing to help you when they can with different options. Shipping and Returns A bit harder to return items if you don't have a local warehouse near you. If you do have to send it back they are very helpful with walking you step by step through the process.

I have had a BJ's Warehouse membership for the past five years. I absolutely love this warehouse club. I am able to purchase a discounted membership through my work and find that the $25 I pay each year more than pays for itself within the first few months of having the membership. The thing I like most about BJs.com is that shipping is included in many of the products that I purchase online through BJ's.com. I find that their pricing is competitive and often the savings that appear in the monthly coupon books that are mailed out are already applied to the products that I purchase online. I find the website very easy to navigate and also find that the variety of products changes from time to time which makes me want to continue to check back and shop online through BJs.com. The shipping speed is very reasonable and all of my products have arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend the online shopping experience through BJs.com. I would like to see BJs be added as a higher cash back percentage through Ebates and other cash back shopping sites. I think I shop through BJs.com more often if the % cash back was more than 1%.

I love shopping at BJ's Wholesale club on bjs.com. They do have a membership fee, but I saved enough on my first purchase to more than cover the fee. I purchased my large sixty inch lcd tv on bjs.com and it was cheaper than the sale prices for the major electronics retailers. I love just going online and looking at all the stuff they have for sale. They have everything I want. I bought a dirt bike for my son, a trampoline for my twelve year old daughter, a diamond necklace for my wife, and an inflatable slide and pool for fun for the whole family. It's one of my favorite websites to shop. Everything I ordered was delivered fast and shipping is included in the advertised price. I order all of my small business supplies through BJs.com and I save a lot of money compared to what I would pay at an office supply chain. I highly recommend and it's well worth the low membership fee.

I use bjs.com to check out pricing for supplies, deals on electronics, and things for my children. It's absolutely the easiest website to browse through, and the mobile website is just as great a the full desktop site. I find myself, on my smartphone, at the doctors office browsing through their deals and popular brands. You can search for a BJ's location near you. I like how I can find all the same items, that are in the store, without having to go to the actual store and search through their gigantic aisles for bargains. It's all rift on the computer, or in the palm of my hand in some cases. This website really comes in handy, and I would recommend anyone to use this website. Bjs.com has a wide selection of non-food products available for online purchase. However their shipping charges are high and they do not provide a ship-to-store option. A select few of their products are priced with a free shipping inclusion, which is helpful. Bjs.com offers many instant rebates and lower prices than their brick and mortar stores. However, if you have to pay for shipping, it does not usually work out to be any sort of bargain. Bjs.com has a nice coupon section that is easy to navigate on their website. You can either print the coupons out and use them at a store or apply the online code to the product at check-out for internet orders. Their online promotions vary greatly from their in-store promotions, and it is good to comparison shop to find out which location has the better price. Bjs.com has excellent online customer service and they stand by their generic line of products well. I emailed customer service once because the diaper tabs of their own Berkley & Jensen line were defective. They ended up sending me vouchers for 2 free boxes of their diapers for another try.... over a $45 value.

The first time I shopped at bjs.com, I was really surprised at the amount of products they have available for purchase. I originally thought they were just a grocery store, but I was really surprised when my friend told me to look at their website when I was looking for a new DVD player. There are departments you can search from the homepage including office supplies, home, baby, electronics, etc. Once you select the department you want to shop in, there are sub-categories you can search that make the shopping process a lot easier. The website would be overwhelming with the amount of products if it wasn't so well organized. When you select the item you want to purchase, there are detailed descriptions of the item as well as reviews written by others who purchased the product. These are helpful when selecting what you want to purchase because they are able to let you know their feelings about the product from first-hand experience. The check out process is easy, and the items ship quickly.

I usually shop directly in the bj's store but one day I decided to buy from their website and I liked it a lot. Sometimes they have sales you can only get on their website and when you sign up with your account you can also see your cash back pending for those of you have a rewards membership. Their website is very easy to navigate and very appealing to look at. It has sales on the home page and the prices are clearly visible. They usually have free shipping on most items. The website shows you many ways to get the most from your membership. When you click on an item before you actually buy it, it will tell you that the item may be available in your local bj's store and if its not it would also tell you only available online. Alot of members may not even know that the website has items you can't even get in their own stores, so it's good to check out the website from time to time. It makes sense if you are a member to go to the website and sign up your account.

I have a membership at BJs and was looking forward to trying their website. The first thing I noticed was that there are no food products available - of course I wasn't expecting to order fresh food online, but there aren't any of the bulk food products with longer shelf lives that make up most of my shopping at the BJs store - pasta, spices, dog and cat food, etc. There are however many online-only items, and other things that I've never seen at the stores - hundreds of area rugs, more caskets than I'd ever want to see, an art gallery (art.com-like stuff, but no posters, only wrapped prints, and a smaller selection). Some categories, like health & beauty, have fewer types of products available online, and the categories with the most merchandise seem to be electronics and computers. If you are not a member, there's an option to join or a 5% non-member fee that's added automatically to your cart. Many items are priced with shipping included, and you can estimate the shipping cost of your order before you enter any credit card or address information. I really appreciate this because I dislike online sites that only show the shipping at the very end of checkout. Overall, I prefer the in-store shopping as it has more of the day to day items that I use, but the online site is good for electronic and computer supplies.
