Horrible customer service

Bella - We made reservations for our Holiday gathering in October.  We were never informed in  advance of a 'private party' that reserved the entire restaurant until we arrived at our table.  We asked to speak with a manager to understand what our optionswere for the evening.  IT was pretty much "well, you're out of luck, and need to leave by 9:00pm.   He (Kenneth?) was less than apologetic, extremely rude, and unprofessional.  The waitress was awful, she actually said to our table of 8 "its a restaurant business, and time is money, the future guests of the evening paid in advance."  Apparently, our money is not good at Bella!  We found out the guests coming later were celebrating Holly's birthday, and "Holly" is the infamous Hugh Heffner ex-girlfriend from the E! show.  We were pretty upset, as this was our 'girls' Holiday night out in a new restaurant that lead to complete and utter disappointment.  We never received a sincere apology from any of the wait or managerial staff - that was the most disheartening moment.  4 out of 8 girls live in Blaine, and will be sure to inform friends and family of this awful restaurant - the customer is NEVER right at this place!
