A year ago I stayed at a major hotel that had a memory foam mattress (I don't know what brand) and I had the best nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. So after waking up one Saturday on my 20yr old mattress with an aching back and stiff neck I decided enough was enough and started searching for a replacement. I almost passed out at the price of the Tempur-pedic mattress. I found a link to BedInABox and the prices were very reasonable. I did another search for reviews and after reading all the positive reviews here and on other sites I decided to go for it. I ordered the PacDown queen, foundation, pillows and mattres protector Sunday night and it was delivered early Tuesday morning. Now that's fast shipping! One of the support slats for the foundation was broken so I just left out one at the foot end and emailed them asking for a replacement slat. I had 2 (I only asked for 1) at my door the next morning. In fact the FedEx guy had to ring the doorbell because I was still sleeping! This is a very comfortable mattress and their customer support is excellent. I highly recommend BedInABox.
