bedinabox.com PacBamboo Review

So I searched and searched, being a savvy shopper I searched internet, local ads, manufacturer website to find my new bed.  Well long story short, everything out of my price range or was not at the same level of quality as my previous bed.  For reference previous bed was Simmons beautyrest pillowtop wool overlay which 15 years ago cost 1200.  I came across reviews some on this site regarding bedinabox.com and have to admit I was intrigued and skeptical at the same time.

Would it be possible to afford this bed and still get a comfortable ahhhh when you fall into it at night?  Yes it was it seemed.  I ordered the Queen PacBamboo - a necessity for Floridians.  With the free trial I thought at worst I waste a few hours with this thing and have a hassle getting it to the postal shop for return.  At best, my needs are met and I am happy.

So who is this happy girl?  I now find my self fighting for room at bedtime between my husband and his mistress.  See pic for details on the mistress.  ;-) (Pic was taken while bed on floor not how it is now)

When I got it I still didn't have the foundation (different company and less than glowing review but that is another story) so we had to sleep on the floor for a full week.  You seriously couldn't tell.  The bed was incredibly comfortable, no sags, and wasn't hot at all.  It was very very interesting set up hehehe.  Fun to watch it inflate. 

We finally have everything all set up now and I am getting very restful sleep every night.  I absolutely LOVE it! 

We were worried about it slipping off the platform and did find that it did move around a little.  We remedied this with a rubber rug gripper between the matress and my bedskirt.  Worked like a charm.

I also ordered the pillows.  I love them since you can shape them to how you sleep and they bounce bag never having to fluff them.  My hubby not too keen on them.  He says they hurt his neck which is weird because I have chronic back problems and he does not.  To each their own I suppose. 

Bottom line - You will not regret this purchase.  If you do they have an excellent return policy and warranty so not to worry.  Do yourself a favor and go ahead and order yourself a good nights sleep.

Pros - Fast setup. Very comfortable.  No smells.  Not hot.  Affordable.  I will never have to flip this bed. 

Cons - My husband found it kinda weird to cuddle me.  He was so used to rolling into me on our old matress, he actually has to make an effort to get on my side of the bed now.  My con is that I would have liked handles on the side of the bed to facilitate getting it down the hallway and onto the new foundation.  I had to search a while to find out about this great product, maybe they pass the savings from low marketing onto how we can afford this mattress?

In summary, with the ten year full warranty / 20 limited, free shipping, and fast!  I mean I got the bed in it seemed only two or three days, affordable, this can't be beat.
