I discovered BedInABox while surfing for a less expensive alternative to Tempurpedic. There are similar beds sold on eBay but many come in pieces and I was worried about returning the bed if I didn't like it. BedInABox has a simple return procedure [you can even donate it to charity and get a refund] so I ordered a queen size PacBed. I was so pleased that I moved it to the guest room and bought a PacBamboo for myself. Both are really comfortable and exceptionally well-made [if you've tried and liked memory foam in a local mattress store you will love these beds] . The website is very easy to navigate and when I had a question about whether I needed to purchase a support frame for my bed I got all the answers I needed over the phone [they actually explained to me that I did not need to buy the support frame saving me money]. The bed does arrive InABox - it's an easy thing to move [or drag] into the bedroom and let it unroll on your bed frame. I don't think there's an overall better deal online or offline for memory foam mattresses.
