We decided my son needed a new mattress, so our journey began. One thing we were sure about was we liked the memory foam system and wanted to know more about it, so we turned to Google and began our search. When we discovered bed in a box, we also discovered tons of videos on YouTube showing you how the mattress came in a box and the unpacking process. This was crazy; the whole family got involved and thought we have to try this. Of course we looked at reviews and the warranty before deciding. The trial period, made in the USA and great return policy was the icing on the cake. We placed our order.

When the mattress arrived, it was all we expected and then some. It took 10 minutes to set up and my son's mattress was installed. I didn't need a pickup truck or a 3 man staff to handle. The mattress was delivered to our front door! My wife and I threw it up in moments. The results are excellent and my son loves this mattress. My wife and I are replacing our mattress with a bedinabox as soon as we can.

My son's "bed in a box" was bought in February 08 and shows no wear and is incredibly comfortable. The model is PacDown Plus 11" Mattress (with down cover). Also, it shows zero soft spots or dents as of today, March 2009. I would rate the experience with ordering and quality a 10 out of 10 every time.
