Bearded Dragon

Bearded dragons make great pets.  They do require a little bit of equipment, which you can pick up in any pet care store.  My daughter and i have found that once you learn the proper care for a bearded dragon, they require very liitle effort on your part.  We feed him once or twice a week with live crickets and pinkies.  we have added the pinkies only recently, as he is almost 1 yr old and just big enough.  It got to be that he was eating 4 dozen crickets a week and the pet store suggested pinkies (frozen baby mice).  He loves them and they keep him satisfied longer. 

He has never been and actually enjoys being handled by warm hands.

He looks so much like a dinosour that we like to watch him stalk his prey.
