Good product, Some issues.

good with networking, pc-user, a pc-user, love simplicity, someone who values value, love computers

Pros

i can easily go wireless, was inexpensive

Cons

there is a lot of tech issues

i am not really used to connecting a network, this was my first time. It was sooooo simple to install, no problem hooking up to internet after installation. My only problem was i work from home and i need fast, simple solutions. This modem so far has not offered that.

I own a Ativa Wireless Rtr & it worked only for a year & then it just stopped getting the internet connection from my Comcast cable modem. I called the free tech support ( very good, but it is in India, so it was hard to communicate at times) , but got no where. I called Comcast support (still in the US, better communication) , but still, no solution. This modem is cheap , but not worth the head ache. I still wonder how they offer free tech support with such a cheap device. They may service 100 other companies too. Oh well. "Wire-less" in Florida
