Aspartame Sweetener —
My husband and I each have lost 50 pounds by eating a well balanced, sensible diet. He was craving carbs, and it was hard to change. Then we decided to try EQUAL, and it's been great! This sugar substitute, in reasonable quantities, is a great product. I'm sure if you take enough to kill lab rats, that might not work so well!
