I am a moderate runner who needs every bit of motivation she can get. The cushioning of the Supernova is excellent to give you a bounce in every step. Also, my feet have super high arches so a need support in a running shoe. This shoe has it. I've had mine for 6 months and they are still going strong. I have knee problems when I run do to poor arch support. These shoes alleviate the pain and prevent a good deal of knee pain when I run.
