i hadn't played tennis in a while, but i still wanted a pair of functional shoes that i could wear around casually also. i am biased towards the adidas brand, but this shoe was rated highly in tennis magazine as well. this shoe has a snug, comfortable fit that just feels like your foot is being fully supported. i've yet to notice much wear on the outsole even though i've played tennis and basketball in them (although i really wouldn't recommend using these for basketball only because it doesn't provide the high ankle support a pair of high tops does). and need i say anything the looks of this shoe? it's stylish enough for the country club and slick enough for the streets.
