Bought at Lowe's 3 months ago. Opened the door to retrieve an item this week and everything was totally thawed. Read warranty "does not cover cost for loss of food". When I called for service, it would be 2 weeks before anyone could come out, and three days before they even returned my call. This is a brand-new (didn't buy it used) 3 month old freezer.
