Can someone please explain to me this thing I found. Her name is Paula abdul, She's always crying and speaking jibberish? is this normal for her. She does act somewhat normal in her on tv narroration of hey paula. Everyone else on " Hey Paula" Paula abduls TV show acts like this is normal. This is about as normal as paris Hilton and tanisha from The Bad Girls Club exchanging the words "that's Hot" towards eachother. If you don't know Tanisha just know that she would probably tell Paula " b*&^ your the number one skeet skeet B$#@! I ever knew!"
Any who, back to paula I would love to ask one her assistants this question " what the F^%& is up ?
with love and peace to paula

Hello ladys or very hair conserned men I have recently decided to stop buzzing around my friends about the products they use and buzz around the interenet to people who might actually care. This is something I wrote for an assignment because damnit it's important! I will be making a skin collection for product ingredients shortly check back!
I have cracked the code to your oh so frustrating hair and it's much more simple than you may think. Is your hair poofy, fried, frizzy or flat? You stare at the never ending aisle of bottles promising miracles and no matter what the product is, you conitue going back to buy more to solve another hair issue. Have you ever sat down to really analyze what could you be doing wrong? I am here to save you the time and effort because this is something every woman should know. The world is full of many beautiful things just waiting to be seen and so lets make your hair one of them.
Lets all do a a little experiment shall we? Go grab your current shampoo and take a peak at the ingredients section. Really go do it now! Now that your back and concentrating so hard on those tiny words ,Do you see any of these ingredients?:
-sodium lauryl sulfate
-sodium laureth sulfate
-4-dioxane
-PEG
-xynol
-ceteareth,
-oleth
- Mineral oil
-DEA
-Diethylaminoethyl
- Propylene Glycol
-fragrance.
These are just a few ingredients you may consider straying away from. "Why?" well lets just go over a few of the ingredients and tell you a little more on each one.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate - This ingredient is classified as a detergent and comely used to create a lather in products and it is the most common ingredient by manufactures because it's cheap. The word sulfate alone means salt or sulfuric. Now tell me why and how we are sudsing up or scalp with salt? SLS as it's also known by is in many other products and more than just it being a drying bubbly salt lather it has more Scientist running lab experiments than an astronauts space station. The strangest thing of all is that SLS is found in over 90% of all washing products even after being found that it's carcinogenic ( cancer causing). If your hoping your shampoo will create healthy long lustrous hair and it has SLS in it don't hold your breath, this ingredient actually impairs the hair follicles from any form of growth. SLS is used in garage floor cleaners, engine degreaser's, car-wash soaps, etc. It is very corrosive and readily attacks greasy surfaces.
Another fun one to saturate your self with is propylene glycol. Did you know that this ingredient is also used in anti freeze, paint, latex, engine cleaners, and Laundry detergent . If thats not a reason to never to use this it in your daily routine lets see what it physically can do. A team of scientist at at a college found and published this : "Propylene Glycol can cause irritation of nasal and respiratory passages and if ingested, can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Research also shows that it alters cell membranes and causes cardiac arrest." Obviously using your shampoo won't make you die on the spot in a small amount, but I feel like we should all start a rule of thumb that anything thats considered toxic does not go on my head. Company's use Propylene Glycol to give the product " glide " , this doesn't give your hair moisture it maintains your product from drying out, not your hair.
I started my journey after my skin continually began to have bumps on it. It seemed like the more I tried to fix it the acne got worse it. I must give everyone a huge BEWARE because what many people think is acne is in fact the furthest from it. Rosacea is a commonly misunderstood problem. I thought Rosacea was flushed, red looking skin. Not always or most of the time it begins slowly. My nose would turn bright red at times or I would get little and sometimes large acne like spots on my face. You could think of Rosacea as a lion (cells) in it's den(skin). Staying cautious and gentle around the lions den will probably keep you safe but the more you poke at it and irritate it, it begins to strike back and emerge from the den. If your products aren't working I would check into other skin conditions even if like me your dermatologist says " oh no it's acne." because after all you are the one who sees your face everyday.
I would always suggest organic products. You don't want your hair being stripped of natural oils and being coted with synthetic ones. Mineral Oil is a good example, the name is so misleading. Minerals and oils sound safe and nourishing right? Very wrong, using this product is like taking taking plastic wrap and covering skin tightly around it. It traps the body's natural ability to sweat and for skin that can also trap in bacteria and block out oxygen witch is something the skin needs to thrive off of. Many people with ethnic hair commonly make this mistake. Ethnic hair usually needs much more nutrients than hair that is of Ethiopian descent. Placing mineral oil on ethnic hair can not only hurt it but also stop the hair of even supplying itself of good moisture that your body can produce all on it's own.
These are just a few of the unbelievable ingredients in your products. Remember that by using any of these ingredients you may begin feeling itchy or your skin could react in ways you never thought! Like dandruff witch is actually a very rare condition in people but many commenly believe that the flakes in there hair are in fact that. Your hair shampoo or conditioner many times create this issue all on there own. Once you use a dandruff shampoo ( witch many contain harmful ingredients on there own) and the problem is cleared then you end up right back to your routine of drying and " salt" washing your head.
I strongly suggest doing your research and finding out what could be causing common beauty issues you may think that everyone has. If you could have great skin and hair why wouldn't you? Remember everyone less is more. Bottles do lie, and when they do who has to pay? Like if you see fragrance on the back of that bottle that could be over 2,000 ingredients not mentioned. Please take some time to review what are using and like me you will be shocked that hair is long and your frustrating skin is not getting compliments.
