Nationwide does not back its customers when complaints are filed.My car had no damage to the naked eye and a larger vehicle was paid for damage that was done to their car.It was not damage caused by this accident but they said it was and they were paid.The adjuster asked why they were reviewing my car because there was no damage at all.The lawyers on my side (nationwide) should have investigated further to see why there was a payout.This doesn't give me much trust in coverage.
