Be prepared to be frustrated in dealing with HP ,Customer Services Representatives if you have a new or old pc. It will cost you extra cash, extra cash. Also HP does not give you recovery disk for you pc. I had a problem in dealing with HP on a daily base, asking them for a recovery disk for my pc. A, HP, Customer Services Representatives that I sopken to that day about my pc told me to buy another pc, HP for instant he will give me a very good deal.
