Bank Of America...too big...too uncooperative in problem solving

Bank Of America is not watching the news and not payiny attention to the consumer's needs. They are quick to give you the card & a high spending limit but, they don't like to resolve a dispute that a customer submits. Since there is an epidemic of FRAUD happening, Bank Of America has been a company that doesn't deal with the problem to solve it but continues to make the customer suffer thru the process of correcting the FRAUD.
