I have been to Kauai 8 times over the past 7 years.  I love the island of Kauai and the people. 

 There are lots of things to do on the island, although I think it is a bit more laid back than other islands.  I am not one who likes to pack in my days, as I want to relax and enjoy when I am on vacation. 

 I would suggest that everyone take a helicopter ride to see Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali Coast, it is just amazing and the only way to be able to see it all.  The drive up to Waimea Canyon is nice also, but you have to go up all the way to the top and then if it is cloudy, just wait a while...
