this vitamins i bought thinking to get all the vitamins and minerals i daily need.

it might probably be good,unfortunately every time i take this pill i throw up without understand why,it just make my stomach feel so sick for one moment that i have to vomit and only happen every time i take this pill,maybe its the size of the pill
