I  have the 8gb creative zen mp3. Its been three years and the only things that have gone wrong for me is the fact that there are a few little scratches on the back and one little one on the screen. And I cannot complain knowing that I have dropped it on my tiled floor numerous times!! I love the touch pad and the mp3 is really easy to get used to.
