I have watched the infomercials and saw these people work out. I eventually got it. I did it now I am already in decent condition. I did the first work out chest and back WOW. I nearly passed out on the first tape. I sure enough lost everything I ate that day. It felt great. The work outs leave you with sore muscles in the morning. I love that I think you havent worked out until you pushed your body to feel sore. I worked on everything plyometrics, abs, legs and back, shoulders and arms, and yoga.
