Less than one month after buying this phone brand new it started powering down for no reason. I would notice I haven't received a call for a while so I would check my phone and it would be off! Very frustrating and annoying! I called sprint they were no help, they said you have to contact Samsung directly. After spending hours trying to get through to samsung I found out that I have to pay to ship the phone to them, go without a phone for at least 2 weeks, and pay for it to be fixed. I would never buy another samsung product if my life depended on it.
