Fantastic burgers with sweet onion slices, excellent onion rings

Don't let their name deceive you: Fast Eddy's is not actually fast, but their food is well worth the wait. Due to Walla Walla's farming specialty of Walla Walla Sweet Onions, Fast Eddy's uses these in their cooking.

My favorite is just a "regular" burger, but it's far cry from drive-thru chain fare. They use fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion slices and toast the buns before assembling. The onion rings are hand made and not the pre-formed, gummy, tastless ones you'll often find elsewhere. The rings are served with a special dipping sauce which is also quite delicious.
