I have read a lot of poor reviews on youtube about customer service being bad, and I haven't called them so can't comment on that. I do know that mine works very well and I'm very happy with it. I'm living in my parents basement. The basement was fine (no AC needed) in the summer but got very cold in the Fall and the heating through the radiator was too much, uneven, and I just didn't feel it was good for my allergies and asthma.
