Funny, I just read an article suggesting that redheads will be extinct within 100 years. Glad I married one and I have a red-headed step-daughter who is beautiful. REDHEADS ROCK!

I think everyone should expect AND GET superb customer service. I shop everywhere and if I am not treated right, people know! So far, I have been treated very, very well and love about 85% of what I have bought. I plan to slow my shopping down though after this big weekend because I can only have so much stuff and I have a LOT of stuff. I hope all works out for you. I do know they try to go the extra mile for customers and hope they do for you.

Holy cow, what a mess! I got something that was defective which was on crazy sale and they paid for me to return the item and gave me credit for it. You should not have to keep defective merchandise no matter whether it was on sale or not. I have honestly not had issues like that. The one item was a boot that has a little hole at the top. Nothing else has ever been in bad shape (I bought 76 things so far!). Either I'm very lucky or you had very bad luck! I get a massive shipment today and hope all is well. Let me know how everything turns out and I'm really sorry you have to deal with this. Honestly, it's not the standard for them.At least from my personal experience anyway.
