I recently tried to refinace my mortgage thru CCO. Their representative never had the answer to my questions and did not volunteer to find the answers but even suggested to me at one point to do my own research and find the answer. Isn't that why we pay these people? To find the answers. If I had the answers or wanted to find them I would be a mortgage broker and not involved in my current profession.
