The service is great. I had some issue and went to their online customer service page and within 5 seconds was connected to a webchat with an agent who didn't ask too many questions before resolving my issue without dispute. Great service!
The website needs a little better organization and the homepage always looks too cluttered. There isn't enough description of the products but the customer reviews are very helpful.... review »
