The Schwinn BioDyne 230 is a great recumbent bike.  It is very comfortable and easy to use.  It is quiet enough to work out on and still be able to listen to your favorite music or watch a television show without having to turn up the volume.  It is also very portable.  I can easily move it from one room to another by lifting the back handle and rolling it with one hand.  I can also move it through tight spaces.  You have the option of using the programs that are preset on the bike or entering your own personalized workout.  Its display allows you to easily read how long you have been riding...
