It has been awhile since I saw the show - I always try to watch each contest. The earlier shows had lots of swearing - I think the swearing has been toned down somewhat - it is unattractive, but a part of the personalities on this reality series. I have learned so much from these contests - my eyes have been opened to the fantastic world of the professional chef. The show is a great service to the industry and Chef Ramsey's passion and concern for each contestant is evident. Each contestant has to be something special to even make it on the show.
