Somebody cloned my card (apparently, that can be done). They drained my account of over 6,000 dollars. I paid EXTRA to even get an account with this bank. EXTRA for the fraud protection. EXTRA! I have contacted the bank daily for OVER A MONTH. Sent emails, called, went in. They kept saying things like, oh, we are investigating, oh, we will take care of it. NOTHING was ever done. I just got off the phone AGAIN with a fraud department, she yelled at me, belittled me, accused me of lying to her, and downright treated me like dirt. Why am I paying for this?
