My Mogul is great! I have to hunt down my children to use my own phone. It is in great demand in my house. I have been a Palm Pilot user for at least 8 years and bought the Mogul becasue our new remote network would not support my Palm. I got much more than I barganied for. The computing capability is great! I say this now because I have had the phone for less than a month. There are some ares of concern, reading my e-mails isn't always smooth.
