I bought my husband a pair of the original Crocs because I have loved wearing Crocs for years now.  He thought I was almost insane for even considering the possibility that he would wear anything so outrageously different than his usual cowboy boots or tennis shoes.  But I only asked him to wear them around the house, so he did that much to humor me.  He swore that no matter how comforable they were, he would never wear them out of the house! 

When I first saw them on his feet a few weeks later while we were out together, I was afraid to mention that I liked that he was wearing them outside...
