I joined the Biggest Loser Club Online in Jan 2009, and lost 20lbs in the 1st 2 months.  This program has the greatest support system available!  I have joined an online challenge, and have met dozens of others just like me with one goal, to lose weight.  This group of people have kept me accountable, and given me goals to works towards, always keeping it interesting and fun.  If you have 10 lbs, or 200lbs to lose, this is the best thing around.  What I've learned has been a lifestyle change, and it has been easier than ever before.
