I love the 1 and 2 mile walk DVD. You can actually walk the equivalent of 1 mile in 15 minutes and feel great when you are done. Leslie does a wonderful job giving you options to increase or decrease your pace to meet your needs.
I brought this video to share at a TOPS meeting and we all did it and i think that many were skeptical and thought that the DVD would be to easy for them or boring. BOY WERE THEY WRONG! Everyone was sweating by the time we hit the cool down and they were also huffing and puffing. It goes fast and is a great way to get in cardio, toning and aerobic exercise in 15 minutes....
